Sun Devil Weather and Climate

Purpose:

Sun Devil Weather and Climate (SDWC) is open to all students and is focused on learning, sharing, and building a community resilient to weather impacts and events. SDWC is a Weather-Ready Nation Ambassador.  Open to undergraduate and graduate students equally. Anyone interested in weather and climate is welcome. Dues are not collected.

Events:

SDWC invites speakers from all over the country, schedule interesting presentations (tornadoes, anyone?), and provide opportunities for tours (stormchasing!), internships, and more. We learn together and support each other through regular weather discussions, and then share our forecasts to help our community learn about weather and stay safe from weather hazards.
