SPARC is comprised of innovators and trailblazers in the fields of GIScience and spatial analysis. Our researchers are investigating a variety of issues, from bikes and bears to voting habits and health crises – all in an attempt to better understand the "where" and "why" of our complex and changing world.

Increasing our level of understanding of the world around us, and our interactions within it, can be used in a multitude of avenues to create positive impact or help to sound the alarm. The researchers at SPARC are poised to do just that.
