Patricia Gober, the school's interim directer, delivered the keynote address to the 7th International Water Resources Management Conference, held May 18-20, 2016 in Bochum, Germany.
The talk, entitled "Anticipatory water planning in Phoenix, Arizona: A new paradigm for water resources management," was the Peter Loucks Lecture.
Since 2014, the Peter Loucks Lecture has been given annually by a scientist who provides outstanding contributions to the field of water resources assessment and management.
